Nice forecourt and loads of selection in the store. Staff were super helpful and polite.
We came for EV charger. Advertised as 150kw, but peaked at 83kw during our charge, so we're much longer than anticipated.
The car wash was busy and right beside the charge points. I could foresee that being a problem to access all charge points, the last one was completely unaccessable during our visit.
Having that said we were the only car charging so it wasn't an issue. (4 charge points)

Used to be a good place to go for booze after hour's, but why have it 24hrs If you can't go In and choose your own products, rather than have a useless attendant who doesn't want to do his job!? Trying to get the lazy Sleepy attendance off his butt to get item's on the otherside of the counter,- forget it. It was like he was going out of his way to be obnoxious and slow 'because' I was in a black London taxi, so was trying to increase my fare!!
On The Run used to be a good place to go in the early hours, & have friendly staff who would be happy to have a friendly conversation with the customer ... But not anymore...'my last trip' was a joke!! Don't even start on Customer Service, as the Asian night-time staff have none.
I visited at approximately 3am for Cigarettes and munchies.

Clean forecourt, polite staff. Good range of ameneties, air water, vacuum all available. In store Costa Coffee shop. I us this regularly. Very good.

The Tesco filling station just around the corner is a few pence per litre less!

If you use the car wash a lot, get the Esso car wash card, it grants you a free Golden wash for every 3 that you pay.
